Having a Will is so important, especially for those with children, but the options are an online will kit or meeting with a lawyer. One offers no legal advice, the other is a cumbersome process no one has time for.

These days, there is more than one way to have a will prepared. While most people will have a lawyer assist them, some are turning to the many online services that allow you to prepare a will yourself. These online options are the modernized version of the forms you could once buy at your local store.

In Canada, the prevalence of divorce now seems to be part of modern life. It is accepted that people enter relationships, often have kids, and then leave when the relationship breaks down.
