Transfer of Title

$620 + disbursements*

For a simple (i.e. 1 transferee) transfer to surviving joint tenant, transfer to executor or administrator or transfer to add or remove people from title. Disbursements (land title charges, mobile home registry charges, etc) are not included in this price. Additional transferees or complications may require an additional charge.
